Lately, Alex has been trying to do somersaults. He must be seeing kids at childcare do this - he will put his head on the ground and try to lift his feet up over his head. He hasn't been successful at this on his own yet, but he is very close. Here are a couple of shots, silly boy!
Alex has yet another new favorite book. It was a gift to Daddy last Father's Day, and ONLY Daddy gets to read it. (Mommy will read it if Daddy isn't around.) It has all sorts of fathers giving their children kisses on different body parts. Alex has learned all of the parts - head, neck, ears, eyes, paw (hand), nose - and then comes the end - - just watch! Alex LOVES the end, and anticipates it every time! Many times, he is reacting before the 2nd to last page!
Such a funny little man!! :)
